Victor Santiago Jr.,[1] better known by his stage names Noreaga and N.O.R.E., (born September 6, 1977) is an American emcee, and one half of the hip hop duo Capone-N-Noreaga.
He was born in Queens, New York to an African American mother and Puerto Rican father.
[2] He has more recently released reggaeton records in addition to his traditional hip-hop fare. In more recent news on his reggaeton movement, he was signed to Roc-A-Fella sub-label Roc-La-Familia, but is no longer signed to Def Jam or Roc-A-Fella Records because of poor promotion from the label.
He also collaborated on the hit single "Más Maíz" which included artists such as Nina Sky, Fat Joe, Chingo Bling, Lil Rob, and Lumidee. N.O.R.E. has his own label, Thugged Out Militainment. N.O.R.E. is now signed to Baby Grande Records where he released his latest album Noreality.

CRAZY HOOD PROD. HANNIBAL HECKTLER RIPS THE STAGE @ WHITE ROOM
Heckler
n : someone who tries to embarrass you with gibes and questions and objections
Heckler is just that! Not the guy you want to get in a battle of words with, not the guy you want to play the dozens with! He will break you down with every word that comes out his mouth. Originally from the West Side of Chicago, he resides and reps the bottom of the map (Miami) to the fullest! Heckler is no stranger to the mic, as a member of the group Da ALL he has seen and done it all! Besides touring with Da ALL, he has shared stages with the likes of Outkast, Busta, N.o.r.e., Redman, and Krs-one to name a few. He has been on more mixtapes then we can count and has been on songs which have featured the likes of Lil Jon, Trick Daddy, Pitbull, CNN, Mr. Vegas, & Dead Prez. Heckler is the missing piece to completing Miami's Hip Hop puzzle
RAP REPORT INTERVIEW WITH GARCIA & DJ EFN___AND GARCIA @ WHITE ROOM.
To read Miami native Garcia's musical resume, you would think hes had a major label deal for years. His 2004 debut album Anti-Social was voted one of the best to come out of Miami by the Miami New Times, he has shared stages with the likes of Outkast, DMX, Busta Rhymes, Sean Paul, Mobb Deep and Capone-N-Noriega, toured in New York, Atlanta, Orlando and Tampa as well as his Miami hometown and done album guest features too numerous to mention. Garcia has even directed a couple of music videos, one of which was nominated for an award. In fact, were it not for his current title of most played unsigned MC on Miami radio, you would think that the recording industrys current lust for Latin hip-hop would have all but sealed the fate of this Cuban powerhouse.
With influences like Public Enemy, Nas, NWA and many dancehall artists to set his sites by, Garcia began rapping at the age of 14, mostly as a joke and to get girls, he remembers. By the age of 16 he had already had his first single pressed up and manufactured. When he found that his teen years were headed down the all-too-familiar road of legal entanglements, Garcia began to throw himself into music and turn those experiences into a grimy, no-holds- barred lyrical assault. His determination paid off and the video to his debut 12 single None of Dem was aired on Mun2s show The Roof and made it to their top 5 countdown.
Garcia's buzz as a hungry, unstoppable MC convinced Miami's Mixtape King DJ EFN (Crazy Hood Productions) to take him under his wing and it was this partnership that produced the much-acclaimed Anti-Social. Garcia certainly seems destined for the right deal he is shopping for. In 2005 alone, Garcia was featured in Urb Magazines Next 100, and was crowned Miami's Best Local Rapper/Hip-Hop Group by the Miami New Times weekly newspaper. Even MTV has slated him as the next one to watch coming out of Miami - being the only unsigned artist to get featured on their "My Block - Miami" episode. He was even featured on the TLC TV show "Miami Ink" and UPN in South Florida tapped Garcia to be the face and voice of their urban marketing. This game is 90% business and 10% talent. He tells us. I have all the talent in the world. I just need to get my business on point at this stage. Artists such as Pitbull and Jacki-O have brought the national spotlight to the Miami region recently, and with critical attributes from local and national media such as thoughtful, uncompromising and complex and noteworthy, Garcia is sure to soak up his share of that shine.
AND OF COURSE WE CANT FORGET THE CREATOR OF -> CRAZY HOOD PRODUCTIONS DJ EFN...
The president and creator of Crazy Hood Productions, DJ EFN, along side the Crazy Hood's, began his attack on the local Miami Hip Hop scene in 1992-93. Originally born in Los Angeles, California to Cuban parents and later relocating at a young age to Miami; he began making mix tapes in his local neighborhood of Kendall, later distributing throughout the entire Miami area. He quickly became a local favorite, selling hundreds of tapes. Having established the popularity of Crazy Hood mix tapes in the local area, he began networking and acquired international distribution on Crazy Hood Mixtapes. Using Crazy Hood Mixtapes to bring notoriety to Crazy Hood Productions and everything it had to offer, EFN was labeled "Miami's Mixtape King" from people within the industry. Not only were artist's music appearing on EFN's mixtapes but artist themselves did original appearances, artist such as Outkast, Redman, Capone-N-Noreaga, Krs-One, Wu-Tang, Ja Rule, Sean Paul, Joe Budden, Lil Jon, David Banner and many more.
EFN is and has been determined to represent Miami's underground hip hop scene and has done this by having various radio shows on several pirate radio stations in Miami. Besides radio shows, clubs and mixtapes EFN's true passion is the development of artist signed to Crazy Hood Productions. Crazy Hood Productions is also home to Crazy Goods (urban clothing store), Crazy Hood Promotions (has worked with Tommy Boy, Slip-N-Slide, Loud Records, Epic, Def Jam, Ecko clothing and many other companies), and Crazy Sounds Record Pool. Many publications and organizations have taken notice of EFN's work and contributions to Miami's hip hop scene, such as The Source Magazine, XXL Magazine, Scratch Magazine, B.E.T. (appeared on two episodes of Rap City), MTV "Mixtape Monday" on Direct Effect, "The Roof" on the Mun2 network, In the House magazine (Latin urban magazine), Justo's Mixtape Awards (2k2 mixtape Awards "Best new mixtape DJ"), Hits Magazine, Urban Network, E-Mixshow magazine, Impact magazine, Ozone magazine and many others. He was featured as a special feature player in the popular football video game Madden 2002 by EA sports. EFN was also awarded "Best Mixtape DJ" at the first annual Miami Urban music awards in 2003. In 2003 EFN became a member of the prestigious Tech.Nitions family and 2004 he also became a member of THE CORE DJ’s, Bum Squad DJ’s & Myspace.com DJ’s which, are both influential organizations within the urban DJ community. In the last year EFN has begun to organize his own DJ family called HOOD DJ’s, he is working with AOL on their mixtape internet radio station and has begun marketing consulting for record labels. He has been enlisted to A&R N.O.R.E.’s latest album “Global Warming” and has also been a featured DJ on Sirius Shade 45 satellite Radio. DJ EFN is the epitome of persistence and dedication not only in the world of the entertainment industry but more so to Hip Hop the Culture!
